A treasure trove of summer flavours where fragrant Sorrento IGP lemon peel meets mint leaves, giving the palate a sensation of freshness and flavour. All this is harmonised by a delicate sheep’s milk ricotta obtained by affioramento and made only from Tuscan milk.
