pepper<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; 6 cloves of Aglione della Valdichiana (the <em>original in the photo compared to common garlic<\/em>, the one that enhances the dish with the taste of garlic but leaves no traces in the mouth after the meal)!<br\/> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Aglione_Valdichiana_1_160x160.jpg\" alt=\"Aglione Valdichiana\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; salt just enough<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Slice the garlic very thinly and add it to a hot pan with extra virgin olive oil, cover with a lid and continue cooking gently, very gently, until the garlic has completely
